i say NO!:)similar style...similar front end..(if not even the same, made by the same person)but for the rest, TOO MANY DETAILS CHANGED!even if it was the same bike once, it's totally different!(rear fender, handlebars, gas tank, oil tank, pipes..etc etc);)even the rear end of the frame looks different!(notice the holes on the second bike)
