Built by Phil Piper, it was pretty cool.
It is probably the most un-PC bike I have come across.
Owner explained to me that 88 on the tank is 8th letter of alphabet HH =Heil Hitler!
and it had the SS motto on the seat.
The new owner had changed a few things but I would of changed the front tire and bars.
Loved the HD springer and shifter though.

to be fair to Phil, he didn't know what the 88 meant when he built the bike, the customer he built it for asked him to put certain stuff on the bike and it wasn't till after he found out that it had certain meanings.
