Nicks Bobber

Nick Milbourn has kept me in touch with his build.
Here it is in the final stages at Second City Customs for wiring.
He writes...
Hi Mark

Here is the geek bit :)
Frame built by Reg Chatwin with two fat boy tanks cut and then re welded. Reg also built oil tank and fender.
Reg is a fan of "Denver Choppers" so he built a replica of the original "Denver Springer"
The springer is only 6" wide so its nice and skinny ..........unlike me.
The front part of the springer is stainless steel built by a local fabricator at Benco
Exhausts are also stainless
Handlebars............again stainless
They are a chopper tribute to Jarno Sarrinen who was the first road racer to hang off a bike, he was killed in Monza in 1973
Richard at Shilhill supplied seat and rear light
Joe at Blueprint did the motor with welded and balanced crank Buell Thunderstorm heads Mikuni flat side 42 mm card and Andrews cams
Ian at Second City made a great job of the electrics and rear brake set up
Footrests are solid brass
P&M brakes front and rear with RSD grips
