I remember when my son Ross was about eight years old I showed him a video of the Clash live.
Joe Strummer 1978, veins popping out of his head as he hammered out the the songs with real passion and conviction.
Something must have clicked that day because Strummer is a constant in our house.
We've been to a Joe Strummer stage play and seen his band the Mescalaros touring in tribute after his death.
Ross is playing Guitar and bass and works weekends at Plymouths main music venue The White Rabbit.
In September he will be at college doing live event production.
Its Job done I think!
