For Steers and Queers

My good buddy Nick and a bunch of us would take long skate roadtrips.
Just getting away up to London and Manchester and all parts in between,
long hours in the van with tag team driving.
We would doodle on concertina’d paper, each drawing parts of characters
then unfold ‘em to see the big picture.


Nick sent me this reminder today.
These boots came up a few times.
